Need To Turn Of Code Generator

I have code generator on to get into my account but I have a new phone! So they send it to the old number but it is deactivated, and I can't change the number without getting in. But to get in I need the code! How do I get into my account

Edit your account settings in a computer (not on your mobile phone): account settings > security > login approvals.
