This happened to me also, all you need to do is click, 'i forgot my password' under the login bar at the top of the screen.

You then need to click both boxes saying you have no access to your previous mobile number and email address. (Yes, that does mean you will have to start using a new email.)

Then facebook will ask you to choose three of your facebook friends whom you have access to their mobile numbers.

Once you have chosen these friends facebook will send messages to each of their imboxes giving them a code which they must tell you over the phone.

You will then need to type these codes into the three spaces facebook provides you on the webpage. To be safe, type these codes in order to which you see your friends profile picture thumbnails on the same page. (however it probably does not matter.)

Next facebook will ask you to write your full name and how you contacted your friends to get these codes. (just type the phone numbers you used.)

Facebook will then send you an email to your new email address you will be using for Facebook.

There will be a waiting period of 24 hours before you can log into your account again just for security.

If this does not work for you after the 24 hours, Facebook will have sent an email to you telling you the steps you can take next.

Hope that helps.
