You don't need your phone.
1) Log-in with your email and password on FB 2) There will be a red sign that says you've tried to log-in with a deactivated account. 3) They'll use your email that you used to register to send an email about reactivation! 3) In the email you will find a link, just follow it 4) That's how to reactivate your fb account .
