Im Trying To Open A Page For My Team On Facebook?

How can i open the page while still meeting their new guidelines of the name on the page being the real name of whoever is signing up?

As long as you are part of the team, your name meets their guidlines (assuming your name is appropriate). You may add other team members by making them admins on the page once the page has been established. You may wish to consider making a group instead of a page.
