If you can't answer your security question, you may have the option to recover your account through the help of your friends.

Because your privacy and security are very important, we can only reset your login information after we carefully check your identity. If you qualify for this process, you can regain access to your account within 24 hours with only a few minutes of help from your friends.

Here's how it works:
