FACEBOOK TOOK $80.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, AND ANOTHER $4.04. WHAT THE HELL? I DIDN'T OK THIS.

If the charges were not authorized, your best course is probably to dispute them with his credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
