Blockage of Id only for one reason now days if FB found that you are unsuitable person and going some spamming activities on FB or any other thing which FB team thinks that you violates the terms & conditions of Facebook. It cause the banned of FB Id. Once your account ID is banned you can contact to FB team mail them and ask the reason of banned of account.
