Why Is Facebook Falsely Accusing Users Of Abusive Behavior?

I received a message this morning that my Facebook account had been blocked due to abusive behavior. I am not guilty of said abusive behavior (have only used Facebook to communicate with friends and family; rarely post anything except pictures of my dog). It appears I am not alone. Why is this happening and what is Facebook going to do to resolve it?
