I Have A Facebook Account , Next To My Name It Says Renu Is Not Available.

I have a FB acct as Renu Seth Jerath with a profile picture I cannot access it. I don't know how I got another acct same name with No profile picture. CanI merge the 2 acct and how or should I deactivate one
