I need to talk to someone about changing my email and password so i can get back onto my facebook page that i never canceled.

Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer phone support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A fews of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).
Turn to Facebook's help discussions.

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:
