I gather you want to delete your account because you feel it's been hacked and taken over by an impostor.

If that's correct, I reccomend that you send Facebook information about the account here so Facebook can look into the issue and take the necessary steps to shut down the hacker and restore safe access.

If however you're determined simply to delete the account, you first need to recover the account with the form at: https://www.facebook.com/login/identify?ctx=recover. You can then click the Submit button on the deletion page.
