How To Deactivated An Old Account Thats Been Hacked?

i was wondering how i am deactivate my old facebook which has been hacked and i cant get back into it and the hacker is still using it. I have already made a new faceboook account but how can i get rid of the old one?

Yous hould report to Facebook administrators that your old account was hacked and requires termination.
