Closed Group Site, Can Infomation Be Removed And Used Against You

a group of workers set up a closed facebook site for info ,problems ect about the company we work for.we have not used company name. some how the company has seen this infomation and are using the infomation for disciplinarys.can they do this.? or can you point me in the right direction.i would really like to speak to someone.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) would probably be interested in your complaint. They may file a complaint against your company for you. What they are doing is a violation of Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), which protects the ability of employees to talk freely about the workplace.
