There Is A Charge To My Bank Account From Facebook.com*9w3w3 But Was Not Mine

You may write or phone Facebook, but whether they'll respond to your concerns is another matter. Here's the contact information:

If the charges were not authorized, your best course is probably to dispute them with your credit/debit card provider. You can also complain to the California Dept of Consumer Affairs, at 916-445-1254.
