I Was Blocked From Sending Messages.

I don't understand why I was blocked from sending messages. I was trying to locate a relative and there were so many David Mohn's that I decided to send some of them messages to see if I have the right David Mohn. I have never abused Facebook. I don't understand. I was not doing any illegal. I don't do anything illegal. Are we not allowed to send messages to search to confirm a relative? I don't understand and I feel this block should be lifted. It was not intentional for me to abuse anything. I didnt realize I was breaking a rule...
