How Can I Block Someone From My Daughter's Facebook To She Can't Add Them Back?

I need to delete someone from my 16 year old daughter's facebook account but I know that she will just unblock them. Is there anyway I can password protect the blocked person from being unblocked or anything like that. Or maybe block them and it not show their name as blocked when she checks on it... thanks ahead of time

Sorry, but Facebook does not allow you to control in any way the account of your daughter who is at least 13 years old.
