Banned From Sending Messages Or Requesting Friends.

I have recently been banned from sending messages or reauesting friends (In the Miniature Horse World). While I fully accept not being able to request these people as friends, I am currently conducting business on a site with a Lisa Le Provost, whom I've had much to do with but did not add as a friend. As I am currently in the middle of negotiations with her regarding an ugent matter, could I please be able to contact her urgently please.
