My Account Disabled

hello .. i get my account disabled  and i try to use forget password its not work . i try to use forget password its not work i have two months now waiting and i need my account back plz . facebook team send me reset password to altemated account that i forget the password f this email  and i wish you can send it to me again thanks so much
