Preferred Audience Page On Fb Won't Save Geo/demo Changes, Do You Know Why?

I'm trying to boost a post on Facebook but the geographic radius listed is to wide and every time I change it to reduce the radius it gives me the following error message: Sorry, something went wrong while saving audience. Please try again later.Additional info: I've tried to make these changes on safari and Firefox, neither seems to work. It says come back later, I've already delayed this a week thinking maybe it was a temporary issue.
