Unauthorized Account On Facebook. How To Delete?

Katelyn Marie Merrell - a minor with an unauthorized account on Facebook. As the custodial parent, I want it deleted!!!

You may report an underage user (under 13 years of age) here. Facebook will promptly delete the account of any user under the age of 13 reported through that form. 13 or over, you're out of luck.
