I Cant Remember My Facebook Password, I No Longer Have The Same Phone Number, Fo

tried to use my new gmail address and it gave me a security question and it wont work i think someone hacked my account i just want to delete it HELP!

You can't delete the account if you can't log in. So whether you want to keep the account or not, your first step has to be to restore access. To do so use the form at www.facebook.com/hacked. Then to delete, click the Submit button on the deletion page.
