I Need To Deactivate My Sons Account. He Is Unable To Give Me The Password At T

My son is unable to giv me his password at ths time.  How do I do this?  Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience today when the only number given was for tech support.

You need ur email id with password to deactivate ur account. And click on forgot password button with login button on fb. Set a new password for following steps.
