I Can't Log On To My Facebook Account It Says Incorrect Email Please Help

Once i chaged my birth date into 1998 by mistake and the facebook company sent me a message as ,We have determined that you are ineligible to use the site.  Facebook requires its users to be at least 13 years old before they can create an account.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but you will not be able to have a profile on the site at this time.  This decision is final.I'm extreamly sorry i didnt chage it by purpose . iam 20 years. i hope you could uderstand my situation at the moment please be kind enough to allow access to my account.Thanking You !
