I Can't Log Into My Other Account With The Same Info As My New One

i deactivated my old account the it was reactivated so i used my old information to make a new one but now the old one is still active and i want it to be gone forever

You need to delete the second account, not just deactivate it. Facebook's Terms of Service [Sec. 1.6] prohibits more than 1 account. For deletion, click the Submit button on the deletion page.
