How Can My Friend Prevent Her 13 Yr Old Daughter From Having A Facebook Account?

My friend's 13 yr old daughter got herself a Facebook account and my friend doesn't want her to have one. She told her to deactivate it, which she did for awhile, but then my friend found out that she activated it again. My friend is very upset and wants to know how she can prevent her daughter from having one. Being that she is a minor, is there someway my friend can prevent her daughter from reactivating the account?

Put a password on your computer. Either through the BIOS or the Windows account.

Then you as the parent have full control.

Then just Set the parental control.
