Fb Was Supposed To Send Out A Code To Restore My Account- Not Here!

I wanted to change my email acct so that my Blackberry was not overwhelmed with emails. FB was so slow, I hit the "cancel" link. My account has now been temporarily suspended. I tried to restore it, but it's been 2 hours and I have not received the "code" FB said they would send out!!! HELP!
