Facebook Page For Business/school

I am trying to set up a page for our school. I thought i chose organization but it prompted me for my name so I entered my name also. The facebook page comes up as my name. I deleted the account and it says it can take up to 14 days. It says if you attempt to log in before the 14days it will activate it again. After 14 days I want to use that e mail again because that is our school e mail. Will I be able to use this e mail again and start over?
