How Do I Enable My Facebook Account If It Was Disabled By Them?

I tried to log into my facebook account and it said that this account has been disabled without giving me a clear outline to what i have done. is there any way of recovering it?

If facebook has disabled your account:
If facebook has banned an account then you can't reactivate it yourself. You would need to send an mail to [email protected]. They will let you know the reason & after an apologize mail they could reactivate the account!
