I Closed Myf/book Account 2-3 Yrs Ago My Ipads Been Hacked By My Neighbour.

how do I shut down my f/book account it's been hacked. I closed the account 2-3 yrs ago and my neighbour is the one hacking all my devives including this ipad and it's been reopened under ???? little Lily ???? I need to shut it down for good

First submit https://www.facebook.com/hacked to restore safe access. Then if you want to close the account, go to: https://www.facebook.com/help/224562897555674?sr=1&query=delete%20account&sid=0rUpa4r5cwDQwsEgN
