I got an e-mail from FPL regarding entering the Smart Home Engery Makeover, so I proceeded to enter a password and last 4 digits of the SS#. Then I got the message that my SS# didn't match up to my account of I am very careful about entering this and would prefer to speak with a customer representative.Thank you.
