Locked Out Of Account

I was locked out of my account because I entered my password in wrong twice. I tried to reset it, but it won't send me an e-mail because it is "protecting my personal information". Do I have to call the help center or is there another way to get in? This has happened once before and I had to call to get it reset. It was kind of a hassle and I don't want to do it again.

You have to call and verify your personal information before they will give you access back.
