Re-order Rx

I am unable to sign to order a refill of a RX. The refill I need for Novalog flex pen mix 70/30 for Gordon A Wagner. The sign in help doesn't help because I cannot read the ID# on the card, it has smudged and is unreadable. If you could send a new card along with this refill I would certainly appreciate it.

This is HelpOwl, not Express Scripts. We don't have access to your account. You will need to call them at 800.711.5672 and tell them you can't read the customer service phone number on your card.
