How Can Exsc Refuse To Let Father-policy Holder See His Minor Son's Script File?
I am the father and policy holder for the insurance covering my son. I am divorced. His mother gets all his prescriptions so I never know what he is taking. EXSCript will not let me see my son's script history. They say it is HIPPA! They will give no more information---it's been over 7 months I have been trying to get in to his file.
