Would Like To Know When A Person Passes Way Can There Be A Freeze Or Something

Would like to know when a person passes way can there be a freeze or something placed on their credit report?   Thanks in advance for your help with this.   Trisha

You can alert the credit bureaus to their passing. They will require a death certificate, but you can put a note on their credit report that they are deceased.
