I Booked 1 Room @ American Best Value Hotel, You Sent 5, $214 To Much!!
I booked a 1 room got 1 confermation from you, but the hotel received 5 reservations and bill us for 2 no shows of $107 each. I've been on the phone for 1.5 hours with you customer service dept.
