Cancelling A Reservation For Oct 10th And 11th
I have been trying to cancel a hotel reservation for 10/10 and 11th and was told to call 1-877-283-5585 with a res # 118128225173. The phone message does not identify itself so I cannot follow the commands. Expedia customer service told me that they cannot cancel it because it was handled by another offspring of your company. The phone message tells me to go to the reservation payment information line. I cannot find the name of the website. We were going to the comfort inn at 8523 Ocean Gateway, Easton, MD 21601. Hi, if you don't know the website you booked it through, you can call the Comfort Inn directly to cancel your reservation. The phone number for that locatoin is (410) 820-8333. Even if you didn't book directly through them, you should still be able to call them to cancel, because they will have a record of your reservation. Possibly, they can tell you the name of the website/company as well.
