No Black Print
my printer prints any color but no black color. the black ink is almost full

The problem most likely is that your color cartridge is expended. You can still print temporarily in black--follow the link for your operating system at http://bit.ly/1Y8FpFT.

Hi. Excuse Mr. Odin. Below are some handy troubleshooting steps if your printouts are missing colour and/or black print.
- Make sure your printer software is not set to use black ink only.
- The print head nozzles may need cleaning; see Cleaning the Print Head for instructions.
- The ink cartridges may be old or low on ink. See Replacing an Ink Cartridge for details.
- Try turning off PhotoEnhance.
- Your printed colours can never exactly match your on-screen colours. However, you can use a colour management system to get as close as possible. Try using the ICM (Windows) or ColorSync (Macintosh) setting.
