I just sumitted a case to the BBB because epson support was so obstinate & wouldn't acknowledge there are only 3 options in the "eco mode" menu 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes. It's awful because the wireless disconnects when it goes into eco mode & only comes out of eco mode by walking over to the printer & pressing the power button to get it to resume from sleep.
