Not Connecting To Wireless Printer

I have a brandnew wireless Epson WF-3530 printer which shows that it is connected to the internet via the wireless router. However, when I want to print it tells me the printer is offline. Sometimes this has corrected itself after pausing and restarting the printer, but on this occasion nothing works. Can you help please?
