I Own A Workforce 610. I Cannot Copy Or Print...4 New Cartridges!

I have cleaned the print head and nozzle. Cyan, magenta, yellow and black cartridges were replaced. When checking levels, cyan, magenta and yellow were low. Black cartridge showed high. I understand that when i did maintenance on the print head and nozzle it may show a lower level of ink afterwards. How can I get this printer to copy and print? Thank you ...pm
