On And Off Yellow Light And Two Red Lights On In Epson L200

Why Epson L200 didn't print ans scan? The yellow light went on and off. The two red lights were on as I pressed down the yellow light. I did the power cleaning yesterday for the result of the scanned picture was blurred. Now I opened again for another scanning of picture but both yellow and red lights were opened; the yellow one is on andoff. How could I resolve this problem?
