I Load A New Ink Catridge On My 9600 And Get The Message'set Ink Cartridge'

The ink cartridges that you have recently installed may not be installed properly or not compatible with the printer. First, make sure that the ink cartridge is compatible. You should also ensure that the ink cartridges are installed properly.
