Humidifier Does Not Collect Water.
Humidifier runs for hours and does not collect water.

Hello! Sorry to hear that your dehumidifier is not collecting water. I would check to see what level the humidity is set to as you may need to lower the setting. As humidity drops in room the amount of water will decrease and very little water may be generated; even when in continuous mode. Winter air and cold basements hold less moisture so you won’t see as much collected water. In addition, make sure your bucket is emptied regularly and inserted correctly.
