Electrolux Ewfls70jss0 He Washer Will Not Dispense Softener.

Our Electrolux Washer manufacture date 04/2011 is intermittent on softener dispensing. I have cleaned the dispenser tray. I have replaced the water valve assembly. Noting that after I replaced the water valve it wouldn't dispense however, I unplugged the machine from 115vac for about 5 minutes and ran another cycle through it and it did drain once. But the next washload it left the softener in the tray.

Good Afternoon Smarton,

I understand that your Electrolux washer, model# EWFLS70JSS0, is not dispensing your fabric softener. I also see that you have cleaned the dispenser, replaced the water valve, and reset your appliance for 5 minutes. I see that after you reset your washer, it worked once and then the next load, nothing. I suggest contacting your local authorized technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose your washer and determine what is causing the fabric softener to not dispense. Hope this is helpful.

-Best Regards-
