Electrolux Ewdw6505gs0 Dishwasher Does Not Heat Water

I see that the water entering your Electrolux dishwasher (EWDW6505GS0) is not hot heating. This may possibly be because the water at the beginning of the cycle is too cold and it’s not heating the water significantly in the allotted time. The water temperature should be at least 120°f and no more than 130°f. I advise turning the hot water on at the sink (or faucet closest to your dishwasher) first then allow the water to get as hot as possible. Also, are you using rinse aid? Use a rinse agent to increase drying and cleaning performance. Should all basic troubleshooting measures fail contact a certified technician to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. Best regards! - Chris
