F14 Error

I have this model it is six years old. The other day when I went to turn the oven on, as soon as i hit the upper oven button, I received an F14 error. I tried to reset it by turning off the breaker and when i tried it again, it was heating and then the F14 error came on again. It seems to be intermittent. How can i fix this?
