You water pump is not pumping out water fast enough for the sensors and timer in the unit. Typically technicians would check the following:

 

1. Check the drain hose for restrictions. Restriction, correct problem. No restriction, go to step (2).

2. Start the washer and check for 120VAC at the drain pump.

Zero, replace the Main Control Board. 120VAC, remove the pump and check it for blockage. If blocked, remove the restriction, if not, replace the pump.

 

This is not a typical DIY job so please consider contacting Electrolux at 1-877-435-3287 M-F 8a-8p EST when you are near the unit to move forward.
