Hi,

I am having the same problem. Have borrowed the problem down to either the main display panel or the internal cut board.

Do you recall how the problem was resolved?

Thanks

If the control panel works, but there is no heat present in the unit either the heating probe or heating element is faulty and needs to be replaced or you have a circuit concern that requires a technician to diagnose the entire unit.
