Can Children Fly From Belfast 2 Glasgow Without A Passport

movement from one country to the other requires a means of identification which is a passport, but for EU Countries, citizens may not need VISA, but passport is required for all ages.

It depends on the airline.
If they plan to fly from Belfast City into Stansted on ryanair every passenger to include infants needs a passport.

On a flight on easyjet to Gatwick or Stansted children under 16 years of age can travel without photo identification provided that they are travelling with an accompanying adult.
