Eharmony Unauthorized Renewal

I turned off eHarmony renewal, but was still charged the full amount for another year. Need refund now!Please send email confirmation t for my account email for this site) asap!!!Not too happy. Renewal was turned off. Refund asap!Kim Schmidt

Eharmony site states;

"How do I get a refund?

We're sorry to hear you wish to leave eHarmony. You may cancel your subscription purchase at any time prior to midnight of the 14th day following the date of purchase to receive a full refund. If you're outside of 14 days or your subscription has renewed, you are not eligible for a refund.

The easiest way to have your subscription refunded is to give us a call at 0800 028 0308. Our Customer Care representatives are available from Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM and on Saturday between 9 AM and 6 PM.

You may cancel your registration or subscription, or turn off your auto renewal feature without refund by taking these steps:
  1. Log into your eHarmony account
  2. From your membership home page, select "My Settings," then "Account Settings"
  3. In the Subscription Status section, click the "Cancel My Subscription" or "Close Account" link
  4. Provide the information requested

Please note: If you are in a payment plan, cancelling your subscription after the 14th day will not stop any remaining payments from being charged, but it will prevent your subscription from renewing when your current term is over. You may continue to use your subscriber benefits for the length of your subscription term but you will not receive a refund for any unused days.
